MEET Freddie Gershinson

Freddie brings over a decade of international real estate experience, having earned multiple awards at his previous firms in the UK. Prior to joining Lyon Stahl, Freddie specialized in multifamily and development sales in his hometown London, successfully closing over $180 million worth of transactions.

Now based in Los Angeles, Freddie has joined Taylor Avakian’s team The Group CRE, focusing on multifamily investments across the city. With exceptional interpersonal skills, Freddie is a skilled negotiator and a natural networker, benefitting from a rare and diverse network of contacts. He works closely with private investors, local family offices, and overseas buyers to identify strategic opportunities.

Outside of the office, Freddie enjoys life in Santa Monica with his wife. An avid snowboarder, golfer, and basketball player, he also has a passion for travel, having visited 30 countries before turning 30. A proud North Londoner, he remains a devoted Arsenal supporter.
